BRASS: Yamaha YSS875EXHG custom Soprano Sax
Yamaha has released the YSS875EXHG soprano saxophone.In collaboration with world class saxophonists like Jean-Yves Fourmeau and Nobuya Sugawa, Yamaha has assigned the same sound characteristics and playability to the YSS875EXHG, which made Yamaha Custom saxophones so famous.
Yamaha assures customers of excellent intonation and evenness in sound character and response, from the lowest note to the highest altissimo, along with ergonomic key design.
"The new design with its G-2 neck offers even broader expressive capabilities with wide dynamics and a gorgeous sound with rich harmonics. The redesigned lower vent tube improves the overall feel," a company spokesperson said.
The key positioning and design have been improved for greater hand response and comfort, while the tone holes have been adjusted for increased projection and greater control.
