The biggest story on MI Pro this week was Warwick Music Group’s legal win over a patent invalidation in China.

China's State Intellectual Property Office ruled in favour of the British company, which faced competition from 'look-alike' rivals using its patented designs for what it claims in the world’s first plastic trombone.
