Donations for the Three Men on a Bike charity ride to raise funds for Music For All are already at just under £12K currently, but the boys are asking for more support to help reach the £30K target.
The total currently stands at £11,448.75 with 38 days to go until the ride starts.
This is the Three Men on a Bike team’s second charity challenge. In 2010 Tim Walter (Managing Director of Roland UK), Simon Griffiths (Financial Director) and Peter Heath (Business Development Director) cycled from Land’s End to London, raising over £22,000.
They're going further this year, from John O' Groats to Land's End - a distance of 926 miles, which they aim to complete in ten days.
In addition, they will be joined by supporters and fellow music industry professionals including representatives from Anthem Publishing, Dawsons, Digital Village, PMT, Red Submarine and the MIA's Paul McManus. If you’d like to support or join them for part or all of the journey, please contact janine.newton-howes@roland.co.uk.
Tim Walter launched the ride at the recent MIRC event, saying: "We're still looking for three more sponsors for the remaining days, but even if this gig is not for you, please help us to support Music For All and Children in Need with anything you can afford to give."
