Rotosound and Orange launch Facebook competitions

Both UK firms are offering special giveaways of limited edition gear to fans who like their pages.

Amp manufacturer Orange has announced two competitions with a signed Dark Terror and Micro Terror Head up for grabs.

First up, in celebration of Orange's 45th anniversay, the company is giving fans the opportunity to redesign its famous bubble-letter logo. The top five designers will be featured as a main banner on the Orange Amps website with fans voting the final winner who will receive a special Dark Terror signed by Orange founder and CEO, Cliff Cooper as well as a Micro Terror Head.

If designing logos isn't your thing, Orange is also giving away a Dark Terror to a fan chosen at random from anyone who likes or shares posts on its Facebook page related to the competition.

From Rotosound, the company is giving away three limited edition versions of its Vintage Fuzz Pedal. The winners will be drawn from random once the firm's Facebook page hits 10,000 likes.

The limited edition versions of the classic 1960s Fuzz are being offered in exclusive black, blue and gold finishes that won't be available to buy anywhere else, making them true collectors' items.
