Reunion Blues launches new Shopatron eCommerce service

Instrument case maker Reunion Blues has teamed up with Shopatron, the eCommerce specialist, to launch a new online store for the US market.

The website allows customers to buy any of the brand's products online, and pick them up from a local MI retailer using Shopatron's ship-to-store delivery method.

Reunion Blues was able to easily integrate the Shopatron service into its existing website. The resulting eCommerce site uses Shopatron's patent-pending retail-integrated order exchange to enable customers to buy products online, and receive them from a nearby music shop.

Orders placed on reunionblues.com can be shipped to the customer or assigned for in-store pickup to a dealer chosen by the shopper. The ship-to-store option means that even if a product is not available locally, Reunion Blues will ship the ordered items to the shop for pickup. This allows Reunion Blues to fulfill online orders quickly and efficiently, while increasing a retailer's footfall.

“For more than 30 years, musicians have entrusted us to protect their instruments,” said Leah Murphy, director of marketing for Reunion Blues. “Now, Shopatron’s ship-to-store delivery option gives our fans the added convenience of online shopping paired with the in-person customer service that can only come from our valued retailers.”

Shopatron supports more than 60 brands in the music industry, who work with more than 1,300 music dealers to deliver orders from the Shopatron Order Exchange. The service has already been tried and tested by some UK companies in the past, including Rotosound.
