BBC Music Introducing hosts Amplify – a new music industry event – has unveiled a range of new partners and sponsors.

The likes of PRS for Music, Musicians’ Union, AIM, PPL and more join existing partners AWAL, ERA and SoundCloud to support Amplify, which has launched as part of BBC Music Introducing’s 10th anniversary celebrations.

Between October 6th and 8th at London Excel, Amplify will bring the music industry together under one roof to offer aspiring musicians the chance to hear and learn from the experts via a unique programme of workshops, talks and one-on-ones.

ERA – the team behind Record Store Day – will host the Vinyl Marketplace, whilst Sentric Music are to sponsor Amplify’s Introducing Bandstands.

Yamaha, Shure, Focusrite and IK Multimedia have also already been confirmed as supporting the event.

Together, the plethora of new and existing partners and sponsors will offer everything from hosting and participating in sessions, through to showcasing membership opportunities and giving guidance on the latest equipment.

With more than 100 sessions and 250 speakers, contributed by the likes of Deezer, Urban Development and LiveNation, there will also be opportunities to hear from some of the past alumni that have thrived via BBC Music Introducing over the last decade.

Already announced as part the line-up of artists, DJs and music industry experts participating in sessions are The Libertines, Bugzy Malone, Blossoms and The Courteeners, as well as Annie Mac, Huw Stephens, Steve Lamacq, Jo Whiley and MistaJam.

Amplify will also debut the all-new BBC Music Introducing Feedback Centre, offering musicians an opportunity to get one-on-one advice, and have their tracks listened to by industry experts.
