Pearl announces new leaders for European team

Pearl has announced changes to its European team, with senior European marketing manager Sho Inatomi returning to Pearl Headquarters in Japan.

His new role will be as global marketing director for the entire Pearl Group.

Pearl has therefore appointed Thomas Franke as its new European marketing manager. Franke will be responsible for the co-ordination and strengthening of Pearl’s marketing department.

He has been working in the music business for over 30 years and has successfully contributed to Pearl’s marketing team over the last 10 years, as both artist relations & promotions manager and European product manager.

Franke’s skills have been recognised and therefore will take the lead in all European marketing operations.

Furthermore, European sales manager Richard Steinbusch will now be in charge of all European sales operations. Together with Franke he will form the senior sales and marketing management leading team and will take the lead in maintaining the ideal of total customer satisfaction and fulfilling Pearl Music Europe’s (PME) mission to be the highest performing pan-European musical instrument distribution company.

Pearl believes that this bundling of skills and the forthcoming synergy effect of this new team will strengthen and improve PME’s position in the current market place.
