Swiss cymbal maker Paiste has introduced a number of new online tools aimed at its retailers.
In the Support menu of Paiste's website, the company had added an Export and Download function and a Product Data Export Tool, which allows users to transfer product and sound descriptions of individual models or series onto a computer as an CSV-file, which can then be opened and edited by the dealer.
The user can then import the data onto their retail database. In addition, product images (png) and sound files (mp3) are now directly downloadable from the support page and users can also retrieve all Paiste Logos in various print and web formats.
