Oyster House Media has announced the company is to launch of all four of its music titles as digital magazines this April, with iPad/iPhone Apps shortly to follow, along with Android Apps later this year.
Oyster says Acoustic Magazine, Bass Guitar Magazine, Guitar Buyer and Drummer Magazine, "Will benefit from being available globally in both digital and print format. The digital magazines will be available as single editions as well as by annual subscription. Advertisers with Oyster House Media will be able to maximise exposure across all mediums with a complete advertising solution at no additional cost."
The new format will feature interactive content added to these titles on a progressive basis. says Oyster House Media's MD, Hugo Montgomery-Swan, “ This new development is something we have been researching for the last 12-18 months which has allowed us to develop a grasp of exactly what a digital reader wants and to ensure our pricing structure is attractive. These new raft of products fit beautifully within our business model of providing both the trade and our readers a complete 360 degree service, via traditional print media, dedicated shows and now digital media. It also takes our products further into the global arena, with the result that overseas readers can now benefit from receiving their magazines at a greatly reduced cost.”
