Notion Music launches Notion 4.0

Notion Music has launched a new version of its popular notation software.

“We are excited to release the newest version of Notion, this is our best version yet,” stated Notion Music’s President and CEO Jim Boitnott.  “Notion now has more features and is even more incredibly stable."

Notion 4.0 now offers native 64-bit compatibility for both Mac and Windows, as well as enhanced audio playback with orchestral samples recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios, guitar samples by Neil Zaza, bass samples by Victor Wooten and drum samples by Roy “Futureman” Wooten.

The latest version of the notation software is also compatible with both Notion and Progression iPad apps and allows users to build, edit, playback and share files seamlessly between their desktop computer and iPad.  Users can begin on their desktop, make on-the-go edits via iPad, and then bring the project back to the desktop for final editing.

Notion 4.0 is available for the introductory street price of £83.
