New representation for NI, Celemony, Arturia and EKS
2twenty2, a new sales and brand management agency for the music technology sector, has taken on the UK distribution of Native Instruments, Celemony, Arturia and EKS for the UK. The new company is headed by Stephen Parker as managing director (the former music technology manager at the recently closed Arbiter Group, which handled these lines), Greg Prendergast and Cedric Coudyser.

“Here at 2twenty2 we’re very excited to be continuing our work with these companies – without doubt some of the most respected brands in the industry,” explained Parker. “Having already spent a number of years developing Native Instruments, Arturia, Celemony and EKS in the UK we’re looking forward to seeing continued innovation and momentum through a raft of new products for the year ahead. We know that 2009 will be a great year for them, and also any dealer who invests in their products.”

Jan Stammnitz, international sales director at Native Instruments, said: “2twenty2 represent profound, longstanding experience both with the UK market and with NI products. We’re thrilled about this co-operation and we are confident that it will serve British retailers and customers in the best possible way.”

Concluding, Frederic Brun, the president of Arturia, added: “For us it was very clear that 2twenty2 represent the best way to get closer to the market while serving the UK dealers and musicians efficiently. Through their past experience, the guys at 2twenty2 have demonstrated a great ability to market technological products. They understand the needs of both the dealers and manufacturers. Arturia is convinced 2twenty2 will be do a great job representing their products in Great Britain.”
