NAMM Show introduces gaming and app pavilion

The NAMM Show has announced the introduction of a new pavilion at its annual January show in California and is inviting games and app developers to take advantage of a special introductory fee to 'test the water' at the world's biggest, trade-only musical instrument and pro audio event.

The new App and Gaming Pavilion at the NAMM Show, which takes place at the Anaheim Convention Center in California from January 13th to 16th 2011, is looking to connect this growing market of hi tech companies with the music products industry. Just as other important groups have merged with MI, this special exhibit is set to create new strategic relationships within the industy and help build more buzz around  the show.

NAMM is saying that, aside from creating a new 'buzz' at the show, exhibitors at the new pavilion have the potential to build a new fan-base within the music community, increase downloads, find a unique brand position, develop new business relationships and capitalise on the various marketing and promotional activities at the show.

First-time game and app developers will receive individual kiosk space, an electrical supply, carpet and a stool, as well as four complimentary show badges for just $950.

App and gaming companies looking to participate in the pavilion can read more about this valuable opportunity on the NAMM Show website or via the online prospectus here.
