NAMM 2016: CandoMusos to outline global vision for disabled musicians

CandoMusos, a global organisation formed to promote and support disabled musicians, will be outlining its vision for 2016 at next week’s NAMM show.

The group will be presenting its plans and upcoming initiatives at the NAMM HOT Zone on Sunday, January 24th at 3pm.

CandoMusos states that its aim is to ‘promote and assist all musicians with any kind of disability by helping them bridge the gap between talent and limitations; while providing support and access to resources’.

The organisation was started by drummers Dom Famularo, David Segal, Andrew Hewitt and Mike Mignogna in March 2013 at Famularo’s WizDom Drumshed in Long Island, New York. Recently, the group added new associate board member drummer Joe Hardy from California.
