MIRC 2013: First partners on-board for new-look show

The MIRC conference and expo returns on June 26th at Whittlebury Hall, with several big name suppliers already signed up.

Barnes and Mullins, Rotosound, Tanglewood, Monacor, D'Addario and Audio Technica are all confirmed for the event, attracting around 250 invited dealers to the morning conference and afternoon expo. Roland is sponsor of the after show party.

This year's show will be held on Wednesday June 26th at Whittlebury Hall, Northamptonshire. The new venue means increased exhibition space for partners with separate, connected, rooms ranging in size from 8-23 square metres in size, offering greater promotional possiblities.

MIRC is an invitation-only retail event. 250 VIP guests from independent retail, High Street multiples, buying groups and online stores will represent more than 1,000 store fronts. The event offers the opportunity for manufacturers and distributors to meet directly with selected buyers over one day to do business.

The morning session will feature a conference including a number of high value speakers providing advice and information designed to help retailers improve their business. After a short break for lunch, the expo element opens for the afternoon geared towards retailers having one to one meetings with key suppliers and manufacturers. An after show party follows, providing entertainment and networking opportunities. All retailers attending will be able to pick up a VIP gift bag with exclusive free gift.
