Roland is once again supporting the MI Retail Conference & Expo, sponsoring the after-show drinks reception. And the company is urging more businesses to take part in the VIP dealer event.
"I thought last year was great," said Roland MD Tim Walter. " It would be good to see even more people take part this year: the more inclusive the event, the better the outcome for everyone."
Walter also pledged that the Roland room will be a must-see for all retailers visiting the event: "We'll be talking about iRoland, our new dealer portal, as well as some of the more recent products launched at Frankfurt.
"Apart from the relaxed atmosphere, there'll also be a few surprises. it's worth coming along."
Now in its third year, the MI Retail Conference & Expo, in association with Musikmesse, is a trade event backed by MI Pro and organised by Intent Media, and is aimed solely at maximising retail sales.
The event takes place on Thursday June 28th at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London.
The day is free for retailers to attend and will include a conference session in the morning, once again curated by the MIA's CEO Paul McManus.
Legendary prog rocker and raconteur Rick Wakeman will provide the keynote discussion.
After a free lunch, the expo will open, featuring the market's biggest manufacturers and distributors.
In addition, there will be a series of 'Break-Out Sessions' during the afternoon, giving distributors and manufacturers the opportunity to present technical or service sessions with smaller groups of dealers.
An after-show drinks reception, sponsored by Roland, will provide networking opportunities to round off the day's events. And all dealers will go home with the now-legendary VIP Gift Bag.
