Last chance to win a Marhsall

Last chance to win a Marhsall

May 10th is the deadline for UK dealers to enter a draw for a new Marshall MG4 series combo in an exclusive, online-only competition through MI Pro’s website.

The amp being given away is the new MG4 range MG101FX combo, a 100-Watt unit that was launched at the NAMM show in January 2009 by Kerry King of Slayer and Doug Aldrich of Whitesnake.

Talking of the amplifier, Marshall’s artist and customer liaison manager, Paul Marshall, said: “For the first time ever guitarists have the choice on how they deliver 100 Watts of Marshall tone, as the MG101FX delivers this much through a single 12-inch combo package. Sporting the same features as the MG50FX, but with twice as much power, this model represents an incredible amplification tool. Packed with the latest foot switching technology, incredible effects, on-board damping and, importantly, a white script Marshall logo, these amplifiers provide the confidence and power needed to truly express yourself.”

As well as the 100 Watts and the single 12-inch speaker, the combo features four channels, footswitchable Stompware effects technology (footswitch included), three-band eq, on-board FDD and additional two-way selector, emulated MP3, line in and headphone out and effects loop. It’s an awful lot of amplifier for the money – and even more when it’s offered up as a prize to one lucky dealer.

To win the amp, all dealers need to do is answer this absurdly easy question:

How many speakers does the MG101FX have?

Answers should be sent to MI Pro here, with full name and address of the shop by May 9th and the name of the lucky winner will be pulled from a hat on the following day, with details of the winner published on this website.
