The third of Gordon O’Hara’s series of trading in the virtual realm has been added to the MI Pro website.

In this issue, O’Hara (a managing partner with Retail Up, the web retailing consultancy and programme developer) remembers his time in Liverpool, discussing strategies with Jason Tavaria and Rob Williams of Dolphin Music and how impressed he was that the pair not only ‘got it’ but understood the value of bricks and mortar retail as well.
