Advance sales for this weekend's Great British Guitar Show are up 42 per cent on last year, according to the organiser.
The show runs this weekend (Saturday 25th February-26th February) at Bingley Hall in Birmingham. Advance ticket sales have already ended but there are still tickets available on the day.
Show manager Jason Hunt said: “The increase in pre-sales is obviously extremely encouraging and we’re delighted with the numbers. The decision to re-brand the Birmingham show as the Great British Guitar Show demonstrated our commitment to growing a national event over the next few years and we’re moving strongly in that direction.
“At this point I’d like to thank all those exhibitors who have been pro-active in supporting the show with on-line and social media marketing activity over the last few weeks. It really makes a difference to the groundswell of interest from visitors and will only benefit all of those involved. And of course I look forward to seeing everyone over the weekend and wish them a very successful first GBGS.”
