G7th backs Stop The Traffik campaign

Capo maker G7th has got behind Stop The Traffik, a global movement of individuals, communities and organisations fighting to prevent human trafficking worldwide.

All G7th capo packs now carry the charity's logo, along with the message "People shouldn't be bought and sold." The newest Newport Capos will be the first of these models to reach market.

Nick Campling, chairman of G7th said: "I believe that every one of us has the potential to do something truly world class; to be robbed of that opportunity and sold into slavery is a complete betrayal of human dignity.

"That it happens all around us, where we live, is an absolute disgrace. I hope our small contribution to the cause will help to bring awareness of the problem to musicians around the world."
