Focusrite included in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For

Focusrite has cracked the top 50 mark in its second year on The Sunday Times' list of best small companies to work for.

Last year the firm ranked number 68 of the country's top 100, but cracked the top 50 this year by coming in 44th. The ranking is based on a confidential survey of over 240,000 employees at businesses with between 50 and 249 employees and reflects employee opinion of all aspects of their employment experience including leadership, personal growth, empowerment, remuneration, wellbeing and relationships with their manager and team.

Focusrite chairman, Phil Dudderidge commented: "At Focusrite we recognise that it is the commitment and creativity of our employees that makes our business the success that it is. We strive to make Focusrite the best company to work for for each and every employee. That means plenty of opportunity for career development, an inspiring work environment, and the occasional party too!"

"Every day we enjoy free breakfast, lunch and refreshments as a benefit to all – all these things combine to ensure an infectious team spirit! Our frequent company 'making things' days give every employee the chance to branch out into something completely new and unexpected, helping creativity flourish. Finally, I think everyone enjoys being recognised for their achievements and being part of a winning team.”
