All limited-edition Dean Markley acoustic guitars have a five-ply hardshell cases with plush interior. Cases retail for $200 RRP. Running through the range, Dean Markley commented: “The original model DM-41 is a sight to behold, and even more to play and hear. Gloss finish, bookmatched Indian rosewood back and sides, sitka spruce top, one-piece mahogany neck. Gold tuning pegs with tortoise-style buttons with an 18-1 ratio. Abalone purfling with maple outer edging, maple-strip ‘neck’ and ‘back’ outer-edge binding. Abalone fingerboard inlay, 24kt gold-plated stereo end pin jack, ready to accept any two pickups and come out in stereo. Compare this to the competition: the DM-41 sounds better, feels better and looks better.”   DM-41N“This is the same guitar as the DM-41. The name was changed because there were a couple of minor bracing movements and a thinner finish than the DM-41 giving it a beautiful and rich sounding. This particular run of DM-41N’s features beautiful three-piece necks for super stability.”  DM-J20RS“Mini-Jumbo with cutaway, bookmatched Indian rosewood back and sides, sitka or engelmann spruce tops, gloss finish and one-piece mahogany neck. With the same basic features as the DM-41, this is a perfect sister/brother to the DM-41, except the front abalone/maple binding has an extra couple of super-thin strips of rosewood/purpleheart in the purfling that give the binding a sort of subtle ‘glow.’ This is definitely a must-see, must-hear guitar, made for a person wanting one of the finest guitars made. This guitar, and all of the Dean Markley guitars, features the ‘Perfect Feel’ Dean Markley neck contour.” DM-J20RCS”Mini-Jumbo with cutaway, Indian rosewood back and sides, cedar top and satin finish. All of the other features are the same as the DM-J20RS.”  DM-J360SE“Slope-shouldered, dreadnought-type shape, mahogany back and sides, spruce top, gold tuners, tortoise buttons, one single-coil neck pickup, volume and tone controls on top of the guitar and a one-piece mahogany neck. Reminiscent of a guitar that John Lennon played in 1964, the J360SE has a beautiful, dark tobacco sunburst finish with a yellow/orange center on the top. The woods are just outstandingly beautiful.” DM-J365SE“Same as the DM-J360SE, with the addition of an under-the-bridge saddle pickup and the replacement of the tone control on the 360SE with another volume control, so you are running volume/volume controls. This allows you to run the guitar in stereo and blend the two pickups together with the volume controls. This gives the guitar fantastic acoustic-electric qualities.”  DM-J365TB “Under-the-saddle Piezo pickup, no volume control, same beautiful sunburst finish, stereo 24kt gold-plated end pin jack. Neck joins at the 14th fret. Large ‘Boy On Horse’ Dean Markley logo on headstock. Fantastic tone and lots of projection.” DM-J365N“Same guitar as DM-J365TB, but with natural top instead of the tobacco sunburst.”
