The Roland UK trio aiming to cycle from John O' Groats to Lands End this week for charity are now halfway through the challenge.
The Three Men crossed the border into England yesterday and this morning set off on another punishing ride from Kendal – on the border of the Lake District – to Crewe.
A total of more than £33,000 has been raised so far for the charities Music for All and Children in Need, but the riders require more donations to reach their target of £40,000.
