“Dolphin's accounts-bookkeepers required”
Posted by: The mole - Jan 26, 2:25pm

Well they have finally filed their accounts at Companies House, a matter of days before the deadline, but when one is imparting bad news, you may as well keep it to yourself for as long as possible.

Very interesting accounts they are too. They have admitted overstating their profits by over £200k, two years ago, and even the latest accounts to March 2009 which were originally signed back in July 2009 have had to be redrafted following the directors suddenly becoming aware of the problem in Sept 2009. And, the accounts for the holding company which have also been filed in the past few days are still incorrect.

That their companies are insolvent will not worry the suppliers in this crazy industry, they will still get all the stock that they require, until they go belly up that is.
