PRS sales and marketing guru starts new venture

Peter Wolf, director of sales and marketing at PRS Guitars, has left the company to start his own consulting business - Brandwolf Consulting LLC.

Wolf is widely seen as having been a major contributor to PRS's international success in recent years, having been associated with the US company since 1986, when he was a partner in Prosound Music Center, Koblenz, Germany. In 1990, he founded PRS Guitars Germany, importing and distributing high end guitars and amplifiers to Central Europe. In 1997, he was appointed International Sales Manager and promoted Director of Sales & Marketing for PRS Guitars in October of 2004.

Under his direction, it is believed that export sales of PRS Guitars increased tenfold in just 10 years with distributors and dealers in 56 additional countries being appointed.
