Martin Banks of MB music wins a pair of autographed Seymour Duncan Antiquity pickups
Aria UK has announced the winner of its Spin to Win competition in which dealers were challenged to answer a tone-based question with the aid of their Seymour Duncan Tonewheels. The Tonewheels were recently provided to retailers of the popular pickup brand to aid customers’ selections.
The winner was Martin Banks of MB Music, Bognor Regis, who was said to be delighted to receive a pair of limited edition Antiquity pickups, hand wound and signed by Seymour Duncan himself, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Les Paul guitar.
Banks commented: “I’ve never been lucky enough to win so much as a raffle before – they will have pride of place in store and you never know, I may even be tempted to sell them for the right offer.”
Presenting the pickups, Aria area sales agent, Alex Vogel commented: “Interest in the competition was overwhelming and since nobody actually submitted a wrong answer, we felt that all entrants deserved a Seymour Duncan T-shirt for taking the time to enter.”
The Tonewheel indicates the best-suited pickups when a dealer or customer selects the type of guitar and genre of music to be played. Any dealers who have not received a Seymour Duncan Tonewheel, or would like another, are invited to contact Aria UK on 01483 238720 or email sales@ariauk.com.
