LIMS 09: Yamaha celebrates new S series aboard the Silver Barracuda

Music giant takes to the Thames to host Pan-European VIP dealer and press event
Yamaha, alongside 60 dealers and press, took to the Thames onboard the famous Silver Barracuda, in celebration of the new S90XS and S70XS synthesizers.
Representing all European territories for the world debut, dealers and press were joined by high profile Yamaha Music Production VIPs, including Little Boots and Paul McCartney's keyboard player Paul 'Wix' Wickens who praised the new instruments.
Billed as The Perfect Performance, the evening featured live performances from singer songwriter Martyna and Bert Smorenburg, who delivered a slick and informative demonstration of the new instruments. Peter Peck, the UK's music production manager gave an insight into the global success of the Yamaha Synthesizer range.
