LIMS 09: Korg demos new products in busy hands-on area

Wide selection of Korg’s latest offerings on show and available to try out on its stand
Korg is exhibiting several new products at the London International Music Show this year. A wide selection of its offerings are on show and available for visitors to try out in the popular hands-on area.
Among the latest Korg gear on display is the brand new microKorgXL synth, M50 workstation and LP350 piano. David ‘Fingers’ Haynes is also on the stand, demonstrating the Korg NanoPad with top-notch drumming technique.
All the best Vox products are also present, including the new AC4VT practice amp, Night Train head and cabinet, Time Machine and Big Bad Wah – all designed in conjunction with Joe Satriani. The new Mapex Meridian Maple and Birch kits, plus the Chris Adler signature snare are set up on the stand, together with a full selection of Paiste cymbals.
A selection of Samson mikes, headphones and PA includes the new Go Mike and XP308i portable sound package. The latest in the Hartke A Series and A100 Silver Limited Edition bass combo will also be available for visitors to evaluate.
Working with its artist Atarah Ben-Tovim MBE – playing the prodigy JFL-313S Flute – renowned supplier to education, Jupiter, will be showing new models of ‘step up’ instruments to educationalists, teachers and professionals alike.
Local area sales managers will also be on the Korg stand to greet the trade and deal with any queries and questions.
