Liverpool company becomes exclusive dealer of the full range of Reverend Guitars
Rose Lane Music is now the UK Dealer for Reverend Guitars and is making the full range available to players outside of the US. The Liverpool retailer took over exclusive UK Dealership of the instruments in February and is stocking a wide range of both the set-neck and bolt-on series.
"We're thrilled to have Reverend Guitars on board, as they fit perfectly into Rose Lane Music's ethos of bringing unique and fresh guitars, FX and amps into the UK,” enthused Rose Lane co-founder and guitarist, Mike Rice. “We feel that Reverend Guitars bring a unique identity and innovative approach to the market, and at a price, which everyone can afford. We're also awaiting the first production of lefties which will encompass all of the main models in various cool colours for south paws.”
Though it has so far gone relatively unnoticed in the UK, The brand has been receiving regular rave reviews in its native US, and an endorsee list that includes Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins and Marc Ford of the Black Crowes.
The range comprises unique models along with interesting takes on tried and tested designs. Each guitar features the Reverend Bass Contour system as standard, allowing the player to increase or reduce bottom end as required – making the instruments suitable for all styles, including blues, country, EMO and metal.
Rose Lane Music is also due to unveil various other lines which it assures will be very distinctive. Co-founder Carl Cook explains: "We have several other lines due to come in very shortly which we are very excited about. We have taken on Electro Harmonix, ZVex and Ooh La La and have more to come. We take pride in finding brands which share our love of music and value quality over quantity so we're sure that discerning British guitarists will be equally excited at the prospect of getting some unique boutique FX and amps which have so far been unavailable on this side of the pond.”
