Pro light and sound show promises increased interest for MI
The PLASA show organiser is promising a show unlike any previous PLASA this year, with a new layout, new show features and hundreds of new products for the MI sector. These include the latest advances in loudspeaker technologies, microphones, mixing systems, amplification and headphones. With over 50 new exhibitors taking part, many of these will be companies that cross over into the MI sphere.
There will also be an expanded educational programme which features a range of seminars and workshops, many of them free to visitors. Central to this will be a number of special interest sessions, including an update from BEIRG on an issue that affects everyone in the music industry – the proposed sell-off of the radio spectrum many rely on, whether in terms of radio mic usage or sales.
To ensure you get the most from your time, PLASA has invested in a range of visitor facilities (including wi-fi lounges and meeting rooms), plus numerous cafes, restaurants and bars throughout Earls Court, some staying open into the evening to take advantage of the after-hours networking.
