G7th debuts ‘world’s lightest’ guitar capo

The lightweight capo works on both acoustic and electric steel-string guitars and is available in black, red and blue.

Capo makers G7th have announced the release of its lightest product to date – the UltraLight capo.

The firm believes it is the world’s lightest capo, weighing in at only 8g.

The UltraLight packs next gen composite technology into a simple and elegant design to deliver fast, great-sounding capoing.

"The idea behind UltraLight is to offer a pro-level capo at a price that's within easy reach of young players,” said G7th’s CEO Noel Sheehan.

“The first few months are critical for a new player. Everything is a struggle. Poor quality capos cause tuning problems and help contribute to new players becoming disillusioned with their progress.

“The UltraLight keeps the guitar in tune and doesn’t interfere with the players’ hand which improves player satisfaction and increases their chances of success at this critical stage.”

The UltraLight Capo is an essential guitar case item for guitar players and singer/songwriters. It works on both acoustic and electric steel-string guitars and is available in black, red and blue.

G7th UltraLight Capo will be available in January 2017. For more information visit http://www.g7th.com.
