Ratstands latest lighting solution is ideal for classical and orchestral musicians.
Available in two versions: The SOLO LEDlight can be fitted onto RATstands’ stand and The SOLO LEDclip Light which is a universal clip-on version for use with most other music stands.
Both The Solo LEDlight and SOLO LEDclip are designed to throw high quality warm white light on the score. The precision aluminium housing gives illumination with little light spillage and is very slim so does not obstruct the view of conductor or performer. They utilise a single mains voltage, state-of- the art LED for increased longevity and energy efficiency. Each model is double insulated for safety.
The SOLO LED light is fitted with a coiled cable from the lamp to ground level which enables the stand height to be adjusted without detaching the cable from its hook at the base of the Opera stand. Straight cable from the base of the stand extends a further three metres. The SOLO LEDclip light includes three metres of cable with an in-line switch, standard 13-amp plug and is coupled with a strong universal clip and easily adjustable yet extremely strong gooseneck.
The result is a music stand light that is sturdy but stylish and designed to provide many years of service without bulb replacement and is suited for use in the music hall, other venue or at home. It uses a large LED that produces warm white light so that the score it illuminates has more contrast and reduces the impact of old yellowing paper but is not harsh to the users eye.
The Solo LEDlight for Opera Stand retails at £75 while the Solo LEDclip retails at £65 and fits most music stands.
