t's that time of year again when everybody (and their dogs) looks for interesting and exciting ways to raise money for the Children in Need charity. This year, Marshall Amplification has gone all out and created one of the most eye-catching stacks it has ever produced.
This one off DSL50 stack is covered in a bright canary yellow vinyl and features a print of the charity's mascot, Pudsey bear, rocking out on the baffle. Taking its inspiration from the famous little bear, the stack also wears a polkadot bandana over the left side of the head and is finished off with gold piping and a red and green corner front and rear.
This unique stack has been hand crafted in our factory here in Milton Keynes and the inside of the speaker cabs have been signed by every employee in the company, not forgetting the guvnor – Jim Marshall – or the co-MDs, Graham Young and Jon Ellery (pictured).
You have the chance of owning this Pudsey stack by bidding for it on the Children in Need eBay auction, which can be found here, where the final sale price will go direct to Children in Need. You will also receive a certificate of authenticity, personally signed by Dr Marshall. The auction ends on Monday November 23rd at 3.45pm.
Check out Marshall's latest Myspace album here to see photos of the proud Marshall workforce with their Pudsey stack.
The amp maker wishes everybody good luck everyone and happy bidding.
